Terms and Conditions
A booking is only secured with a payment of full venue hire if the booking is made more than three months in advance.

Alternatively, a 50%, deposit on the full quote is required to secure the booking.

Venue hire is not refundable if an event is cancelled. Venue hire can be reallocated to a new date if an event is postponed more than three months in advance of the actual booking date.

A deposit on all other services is only refundable if an event is cancelled more than six months in advance of the actual booking date. Otherwise, the deposit can be reallocated to a new booking date, if the postponement is done more than three months in advance of the booking date.

The balance of payment is required in full, at least 30 days ahead of an event. The balance of payment is not refundable if an event is cancelled or postponed within 30 days of an event.

Venue hire quoted is for raw venue hire, including the basic furniture on site. Additional décor, furniture, and services such as cleaning, security, catering and bar will be quoted for separately.

We provide full wedding/event planning, décor and sound hire services at an additional cost.

Outside services such as décor and sound and technical can be allowed but only with the written approval of the venue.
